This was a long process encompassing six months and covering over 3,000 miles because of the distance between California and Hawaii. Despite the obstacles, Mike diligently slogged through them finding and evaluating numerous properties for my consideration. Never did he pressure me into making a decision to end this saga. Finally, Mike did locate (and we successfully closed) the chosen property. And then, he kept going by arranging for the financing. This was a thorough and complete job on Mike's part from inception to conclusion. The entire project required an inordinate amount of trust That trust was not misplaced.
